"This place is well situated and very good value for money. Right next to the aquarium and easy walking to shops. Also right on the prom. Some rooms don’t have an elevator. Parking is very convenient. The cookies are a nice touch in thd eveming. Keurig in the rooms. Breakfast is nice but difficult to seat everyone at peak breakfast hours. "

"Very welcoming for pets! Beautiful views right on the beach. Could hear the surf and frogs at night which was lovely! Some issues with staffing front desk and housekeeping but this seems to the norm these days. Restaurant was ok. Like that they make espresso drinks on site! "

"Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra charge it should be included. The room was comfy and the check in process was easy. The staff was a little rude the next day when I went to extend my stay and I thought it was unnecessary to charge me for another deposit. I ended up paying three separate deposits during my stay… other than that it was a great place and I would recommend it"
