"We had such a great time! Everything was so well thought out, and the kids—ranging in age from 5 to 16—were never bored. Between the bikes, softball, water activities, and everything else there was to do, everyone had an amazing time! We had a full house—and the space was absolutely PERFECT for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, hang out together, and enjoy the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group!"

"We had a great week in the Lakeside Cabins with three generations and grandkids ranging in age from infant to 18. Everyone had fun and found activities to enjoy. The younger kids, especially, had the opportunity to experience a little independence paddling around the lake (shallow and safe) and swimming every day. There were plenty of paddle-craft, life vests and space for the guests in the cabins and lodge. Great hiking and bike riding were nearby. The cabins had everything our group needed. Days were warm to hot but evenings always cooled off nicely. We got to see bald eagles, osprey, ducks and deer every day."

"The house was clean comfortable and fully equipped. The photos did not do it justice. It was perfect for us and our two dogs. We used the bikes in the garage, the Sun Lava trailhead is close. We liked the quiet location at the north end of Sunriver. Because of the high heat and wildfires to the east we were not able to enjoy the lovely decks with comfortable furniture. Deer wandered by everyday and the hummingbirds were entertaining. The living room was comfortable and cool, a good place to read books. We took early morning walks, and floated on the Deschutes. The SHARC passes were well used. Bill, the owner, was quick to respond by text when needed. My only wish- a tea kettle."
Romantic Luxury on Private Lake w/Hot Tub & Amazing Views

"My husband and I were needing a quiet weekend away from work, kids, grandkids and all the things life throws at you. I stumbled across this place and didn't know what to expect upon arrival because it did look too good to be true when I booked it. I had read some reviews that the lake was not the greatest and that is definitely true. There is a lot of growth and it isn't something I would jump in and swim in. But there were kids swimming in it, having a great time. It was also perfect for the canoes, kayaks and fishing. The lake makes for a beautiful view though and I didn't need to swim, I needed to relax. The cabin was amazing! It was spacious, sparkling clean, and fully stocked with more amenities than expected. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking which is rare in a rental. The deck was private and spacious with beautiful views. Even with no AC, it never got too hot. I imagine this property is even more beautiful in the winter."

"Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the layout of the house and the location in Sunriver. It's perfect for our family configuration, and this is our third year in a row staying here. There are several maintenance issues that need to be addressed."
