"So cute!! It was perfect for my partner and I. We were in the area visiting family but wanted a space of our own. Our yurt was super cute, well sized for two people, very clean, and comfortable! We had a late check in and the process was super simple. I spoke with the office on the phone and they were incredibly kind and helpful. We have already recommended it to others and we would definitely stay here again!!"

"The house was spacious and more than capable of accommodating our extended families’ need for individual spaces while providing plenty of relaxing common areas for the whole group. If anything, the grounds in the listing are under described! This house is situated in an incredible location, close to downtown Bend and all its amenities while itself being nestled away on the quiet banks of a bend in the Deschutes River. Wow! Strongly recommend and looking forward to our next stay already!"

"We had 17 guests. 2 seniors in their 80’s,4 littles and adults.The house was a good layout with many options for entertainment. We did a lot of cooking and BBQing and it worked great! Lovely decor as well. It was a great getaway."

All amenities, supplies, furnishings, appliances, and overall features of the “Lodge” were top notch and allowed a most comfortable and very pleasant stay for our Family of 11, which included 3 generations. A couple of minor issues were quickly and satisfactorily resolved with the owner. Overall, everything was A++."

"Usually on spring break we go to Disneyland :-) Everyone couldn't go this year so we went to Sunriver instead. One of our favorite family destinations! It's hard to compete with Disneyland, but we certainly did have a great time! The house is well stocked and had lots of fun things for the grandkids to do. We will certainly remember Fawn 5 and rent it again in the future when we have a family gathering. Thanks for a very relaxing, enjoyable trip."

"We appreciated the large kitchen and proximity of parking to our door. No long walk down a dark hall. Great location close to downtown and the river. Would have been great if the heat was on in the room prior to check in (it was close to freezing and took a bit to warm up). Appreciated the pup friendly items and the coffee/tea/cocoa in the kitchen. "
