"The accommodation was perfect for us (family of four including two children). The staff were friendly and approachable. They were kind enough to let us check in early as my Son was ill on arrival. The hotel was on par with a budget hotel but it was everything you needed. Toothbrushes, hairdryer, kettle with tea etc, three point plug and USB charger ports were all supplied in the room. Being a guest of the hotel got you 1 free entry to selected attractions. The hotel is very environmentally conscious too with the filtered tap to save on plastic bottles and a cleaning system based on need to save energy. They even made the effort to decorate for Halloween which was a nice touch. The hotel was very conveniently located for transport to all the tourist hotspots with the MRT just yards from the front door and bus stops. The MRT is very easy to navigate so we used it a lot. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but their partner cafe used for breakfast was right next door and was a very nice calm space with fresh food each morning until 11am so there is no need to rush. I would absolutely recommend this hotel based on excellent customer service and extremely high convenience, particularly if you are not seasoned travellers."

"Housekeeping was exceptional with rooms cleaned to a good standard and so they should be commended. Hotel in a great location with fantastic access to public transportation and the city centre. Staff were brilliant and helpful especially the club lounge staff which was actually an amazing addition to our stay saved us money overall on snacks and drinks. Rooms are small but that seems to be the norm in Singapore unless you want to pay a premium. Otherwise the rooms were modern, well maintained and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Our mini fridge was as topped up daily with a few complimentary soft drinks which was a welcomed bonus. Great facilities including hot tubs and steam rooms in the respective gender changing areas. Breakfast has a good variety. In short an fantastic 4 nights was spent here and we were totally pleased with our decision to book."
