We stayed at Mi Bencoolen for four nights. The room was clean and well maintained, though quite small—but we knew that when we booked, so it wasn’t a surprise. The staff was friendly, check in was simple, and WiFi was fast. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located near the MRT, along with plenty of restaurants and bars, which is why we chose it.

We had a great stay at the hotel, overall. The location was really convenient and the staff were extra efficient and friendly. Just one thing bothered me, there was that strong smell of cleaning product in the lobby, wish they could use something less smelly.

We had breakfast included which was very basic but sufficient. The only remark was the breakfast coffee- form machine but so watered down that it can not e consider as coffee .
