A modern, very clean and compact room with excellent air con and block out blind, perfect after a busy day. Although small the shower and amenities provided were outstanding, loads of hot water. Convenient with easy access to buses, trains and shops. Staff friendly and helpful.

This is a nice hotel for short stay at least in the room that I stayed. It didn't have a window which I don't prefer but it was comfortable for the most part. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. The room was too small, beds were too hard. The 2in1 toilet and shower didn't work for me. There was no space to get dressed in the bathroom, after taking a shower the bathroom mat was soaking wet just after a single use. No space to put your luggage. They offered 1 complimentary instant coffee sachet and 1 tea for 2 guest the day we checked-in. After that, they just dropped off clean towels and didn't even bother with house keeping.

I liked the Hotel 81 Orchid because of it good Location to all the food places and also the Hotel itself was clean. The Staff were friendly and very Professional And the rooms were kept clean also the WiFi Signal was good too overall 4.5/5

This is a good budget hotel in an interesting part of Singapore. It is well connected to public transport and has some good food options, a 7-11 and laundry nearby.

We did like just going out for meals was very easy & nice price. Staff phoned for cabs ,& answered questions & always very nice & polite. Thank god for air conditioning but the bed was very very firm & more hanging clothes options would definitely be an improvement

Other than the noise coming from the hallway, everything was nice. The front staff was very helpful and polite with perfect English. Might not be the roomiest of the hotel but for the price, I'd say it was very well worth the stay.
