"This was our 2nd year staying here- having the top floor facing the ocean and sitting on the deck is one of our favorite things about this place. The location to Neptune Beach and all its restaurants and bars is perfect. We rented some bikes and went everywhere. Had a fantastic time! "

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The washer and dryer is too small and sounds like it is on its last leg. The bedrooms should have tvs for the price that is charged. The sofa is old and worn out , no support."
