This condo was perfect for this stay. The location can't be beat with multiple restaurants, shops, & the grocery store within walking distance. Condo had charm but was updated with modern amenities, including in-unit laundry.

This condo was new and fresh. The building had an old style feel but the inside was modern and well decorated. The property manager was patient and always answered any question I had. They offer a notebook that provides local information and all the condo information needed. Very quiet neighborhood. It was quaint and peaceful. I’d stay here again.

Perfect location

We were so pleased with our stay and with the communication from the property manager. Instructions for check in were sent in a timely manner and they were clear and concise, making check in a breeze. The location of this property is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in San Marco; and easy access to major roads and highways. The property is just as described/pictured and was perfect for our long weekend in Jacksonville. The beds are very comfortable, and although we did not cook any meals here it seems to have everything needed in the kitchen. We appreciated the Brita water pitcher and the coffee mate individual creamers. We would definitely stay here again!
