Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful four nights on Balboa Island. The cottage had all the charm we were hoping for, and the location was perfect. Easy access to downtown Balboa Island and the ferry if you want to go to the peninsula. We did it all!We used the four bikes that were provided and brought our own along, so we biked everywhere. We parked the cars and didn't use them during our stay.There was plenty of seating for everyone in the family room, and having four full bathrooms was a huge plus. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. :)"

I didn't end up using them, but having the beach chairs, towels and umbrella was great. Balboa island is such a great walkable island with lots of great restaurants and picturesque views around the entire bay street on the water. Riding the ferry was cool too, awesome VRBO Experience!"
