"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The views—especially of the Matterhorn—are absolutely stunning. The amenities are top-notch, with a beautiful spa area that includes steam rooms, saunas, a hammam, and both indoor and outdoor pools, all with that incredible mountain backdrop. Breakfast was another highlight—tons of variety and even a chef preparing fresh omelets and fried eggs on the spot. The property is spotless, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. The concierge was especially helpful, giving us great recommendations for hikes and things to do in and around the area. Definitely take advantage of their advice! The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the train station, which made things so convenient—just let them know your arrival time in advance. As for the location, it’s perfect—close to the main street and everything you’d want to see in Zermatt. The town is small and walkable, so getting around is easy. Highly recommend this place if you're heading to Zermatt!"

"This was a top property, very well maintained by an owner who cares for his guests. It was within in easy walking distance to all parts of the town. The breakfast was good and the staff could not help you enough and went out of their way when required. Tip for anyone heading to Switzerland, get the Swiss half fare card. We recouped our costs on two attractions in Zermatt and had already saved a lot."
