"We wanted somewhere different to stay during our vacation to Miami so we picked this boat. We didn't feel the host communicated with us very quickly initially, but he did eventually answer all our questions pre-trip. "Location is great! Too bad we were not informed the pool would be closed during our stay, kids were really disappointed. We got a real early check in and we appreciated that. Unfortunately Alejandra, the property manager was not quick to respond to questions and complaints. Guest room had no curtains, only damaged blinds, there was no info on wifi to be found, there were little cockroaches, the boiler closet was filthy/nasty, batteries of the doorlock needed to be changed, and for an appartement...
