"Great apartment! I would suggest to the owner to have coffee and tea and send the check in information sooner ( she sent it the day before after me asking three times). But overall, it was great. She also gave us a super early check in and that was very much appreciated it."

Unfortunately Alejandra, the property manager was not quick to respond to questions and complaints. Guest room had no curtains, only damaged blinds, there was no info on wifi to be found, there were little cockroaches, the boiler closet was filthy/nasty, batteries of the doorlock needed to be changed, and for an appartement...
