"We could not stay because the property is not the 2 bedroom home described, but just two unconnected rooms - one bedroom with en suite having to go outside to get to a lounge/ kitchenette with sofa beds (and another separate again bathroom) so probably not suitable for solo or twin older travelers. The process for canceling and complaining about the misrepresentation was unclear and extremely frustrating and no consideration appeared to be given to even a partial refund. "

Inadequate provision of kitchen utensils, dishes, for number of guests. Many minor disappointments- rating 5/10 - bit like the All Blacks v England! Room for improvement."
