"Lovely and spacious room. We flew in from the West Coast USA and they had a room ready for us when we arrived at 8:30am. That was so appreciated. We were able to shower and get refreshed before touring around Auckland. Highly recommend this hotel. Very centrally located as well."

"The parking is expensive. Was never told at check in about the $35 parking. Paid $80 on Tuesday for parking. "

"Easy check in and check out for this overnight stay in Auckland. Hotel is extremely well located for Spark Arena which is a short walk away. Room was clean and spacious, if a little dated. Beds were large and comfortable. Room was a little warm. It is so nice to have proper milk in the fridge. Good work Copthorne."
