It is only a small paddling pool and this was not put up during our stay. The owner did say they had to take it down due to bad weather. A paddling pool should be listed as that. "The host kept in communication from start to finish. The house was spacious for the amount of ppl we had stay. Great location between supermarkets and malls etc. Overall an awesome stay"

"The stunning factor is the view from the lounge and kitchen area. The rooms are large and spacious, even with family members theres still room to have your own space. We were close enough to the shops for quick top ups on food and amenities. Contact with management was easy and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the team for having us!"

"The property is a house, with a one & two bedroom apartments. To get to this one bedroom, you walk up the deck stairs, past the living room of the 2 bed, down another stair to the lock box. There is no sensor light or signage from the front. Arriving in rain and the dark was not easy. If it is a nice day and A sensor light is needed. To turn on the porch light, you need to open the lock box, open your front door, then access the porch light, then open a very flimsy door to your private...

"The property is in a great central location for getting around. The house was clean and tidy but the bathroom is very tired. Gardens appear to have been neglected for many years. Overall it is a fine place to stay for a week if all you want us something basic. Property was well cleaned."

"Terrible experience, have contacted owners and Bookabatch, neither helped sort out the issues. Construction noise from 7.30am, workers walking around the property in rented outdoor space, no privacy, kept curtains closed, could not get to front door becuase of scaffolding. Was never advised work was in progress. Safety and Privacy issues, not addressed by Owner or Bookabatch despite numours attempts."

"Needing to book accommodation last minute without breaking the bank, we booked here and we weren't disappointed. It had everything we needed for an Auckland holiday location to ability to work from home. Extras like mini bathroom supplies were great also. Location is quiet and perfect if you have a vehicle. Our only suggestion is to reduce the amount of paperwork to complete the booking. Overall great place to stay"

"Well priced and within budget when you just need a place to stay the night that is clean, tidy and secure. Staff always polite and helpful. Apartments need an update as the sight of well worn carpet, visibly aged furnishings, paint chips and general wear and tear let down an otherwise enjoyable place to stay with a great view and an awesome location."
