"Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller."

The two balconies catch the sun during the day and amazing sunsets in the evenings, also small courtyard garden. Excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance, good bus service to Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury."

"The house is spacious and well fitted out. The quirky decor makes a refreshing change to the basic furniture and fittings found in most holiday homes. The whole house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The welcome cupcakes were delicious. It’s an easy 10 minute walk through the woodland to the beach. I would highly recommend this property to families and friends."

"Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here)...

"Our stay at the Beach House was perfect……from the location to all the little extras and finer details to make it feel like home from home. We were a party of 9 celebrating a friends 50th birthday, but the house felt spacious with plenty of outdoor space & furniture for us all to enjoy the fabulous weather we had. The hot tub was an added bonus as were the views from the master bedroom. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Very central for visiting parts of Kent. Caravan very nice, compact but everything you need. Had trouble with Wi-Fi which was sorted by getting a phone number from information office. Two things that would be nice. Gate across steps onto the veranda. Making it secure for children and dogs. Curtain or blind on door leading into the caravan. Plenty of equipment in cupboards. Although the owners of the caravan aren’t to blame for this but, there are very few pathways from where you park and as we...

"Wonderful experience apart from two items that might have been helpful to know in advance: parking at a distance due to challenges accessing the property by road; the precipitous stair case which would be a significant challenge to anyone with even slight mobility challenges. "We could not have enjoyed our stay here anymore than we did; we loved everything about Tulip Tree Cottage! We were warmly greeted and access to the property was quick and easy. The cottage has been beautifully renovated and the finish and furnishings throughout were of the highest quality. The cottage is extremely well equipped and nothing was lacking.
