"I wish I had better things to say about this property but it just didn’t hit the mark. I’ve stayed at countless all inclusives in my life and this one lacked the most for me. Albeit, I was told Iberstaro just took over this property 5 months ago so they may still be working on things. Pros: Beautiful property. Spacious but walkable. Pool felt big and not crowded. Staff were friendly & welcoming Decent restaurant options (for stays less than 6 days imo) Room was better than expected with an in room jacuzzi and spacious balcony Cons: Greeted by our ‘concierge’ who took 30+mins to try and convince us to come to an “informational breakfast session” and we had to sternly decline for the 100th time to get the point across. Then she never spoke to us again Room’s ‘mini bar’ was three sodas and two beers. Which was never replenished. We also didnt have the do not disturb sign so we had to call to request one I had asked for a small anniversary surprise to be sent to the room (it was just a complimentary brownie) but that was never delivered The pool swim up bar open opened at TEN (10) am. I’ve never heard of this before so that was shocking. Not to mention the bar tender seems to START setting up at that time so we really dont start getting drinks until 11. One day there was no ice and no ETA on the ice delivery either. Thankfully it only took about 30mins but what resort doesn’t have ice? First thing in the morning? There’s a lot more I cant fit here. Ok for $ i guess "

"This was my first and last time in Royalton, food was terrible, need to book each restaurant even though they were half empty, broken cabinet doors in room, shower head leaking, and so on, and then they were trying to sell me there membership."

"We will be repeat travelers! Great resort that is quiet or lively depending on which pool you like. Good food, great staff, and nice pools for all ages. Small beach but other amenities make up for it."

"Sandy de reception fue muy paciente y muy amable también. La comida del buffet estaba muy regular y no había mucha variedad, a parte de que casi todo lo encontrabas frío. Tampoco tenían todos los restaurantes abiertos lo cual me parece muy mal, porque una de las razones por las cuales decidí alojarme en Sensira era para tener variedad de restaurantes y la verdad el único restaurante bueno fue el rodeo, de resto todo muy regular. Les aconsejo que antes de reservar se aseguren que tiene abierto y/o disponible y también si quieren disfrutar de la playa, puerto Morelos, no es una bueno opción, ya que hay mucho sargazo y eso causa muy mal olor y no puedes meterte al mar."
