"We stayed in the lower level of a cabana, which was perfect since we had an inflatable standup paddleboard, which gave us plenty of room to store it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beach club is a great benefit. We suggest adding hooks or pegs in the cabanas to facilitate getting stuff off the floor and places to hang to dry."
"For those looking for accommodations that are not a big, all inclusive resort, Hacienda Morelos is an amazing option!! The hotel staff were all very friendly and check in was easy. After settling in to our room, we headed out for dinner and some basic groceries. Upon returning to the hotel for the night we had a few issues with the room. I talked to Dori at the front desk about those issues and she quickly trouble shooted and moved us to a new room. Given we now had more stuff than we started with, she even helped us move our things. The hotel is right on the beach with great views! Downstairs, just off the main lobby is a wonderful restaurant, Muelle Once! Service and food were great each time we visited. Additionally, OMDelfin, a dive/snorkel outfitter is on property. This made doing a trip out to the reef very easy and convenient. The hotel has a great location. It is close to the town center, the super market, and many restaurants and shops. Puerto Morelos has a great, chill vibe and you can’t go wrong staying at this hotel. "
"It was a lovely resort. We had everything we needed. The pools were clean, the food was good and the room were cleaned well and daily. The only drawback was all the seaweed which was not their fault. It was also really scarce the occupancy was low for the time of year and the size of the place. Not sure why it really was great all around. "

Centrally located but quiet when night came and it was time to sleep. We loved this beach property! On top of that, Almira was so responsive and helpful!
