"The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast has a good choice. The room was a little on the cold side until we increased the thermostat to 25°c. We were initially reluctant to set it this high as we don't have it set this high at home. Bev was an excellent source of information and is a valuable member of the team. We'll return the next time in Nuneaton "

"The hotel is easy to find. My room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed - a great night's sleep. The shower was nice and hot and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff I met were welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly recommended."

"I arrived and hotel had no reservation from hotels.com but found a room for me, needed my bank details, but would resolve the issue with hotels.com. Just past midnight, whilst in bed fast asleep hotel.com messaged to say the hotel had rejected my booking, LOL, now neither Hilton or hotels.com are responding back to my emails, so not impressed. A shame because it is a nice hotel."
