"We stayed here for business meetings. The hotel is very convenient for Toowong and the rooms are spacious and clean. Our stay was very comfortable, and the staff friendly when we arrived. There are a variety of restaurants and bars close by the property and you can also catch a ferry down the river to Brisbane City Centre."

"Very nice stay with everything you would need. Breakfast was fresh assortment of fruit, muffins, toast, oatmeal and coffee. Very accommodating and treated us like family. We were traveling from the USA and Fiona and Trevor were very helpful with recommendations and let us use an adapter to charge our devices."

"This is great find. It is quiet, clean, comfortable and pet friendly. We could talke our dogs down to end of the street to the park and nearby cafe. Bed super comfy and kitchen well appointed. The high ceilings make it seem spacious and light and airy. We loved it. As did our doogos "

"The house is spacious, bright and airy, and in a quiet location close to the shops. The bedrooms were tastefully done with lovely crisp clean cotton bedding. The kitchen had the basics - could do with some more utensils. Some minor repairs required (door handles, lamps). The host was prompt in her communication and very kind. We had an enjoyable stay. "

"Lounge room air conditioner wasn’t cold needed regassing. Bedroom sliding door didn’t slide so door couldn’t close. Downstairs neighbor knocked on the door and said not to use main bathroom shower because the water dripped directly into his lounge room. Outside front of property was filthy covered with leaves and rubbish. Walkway to front door was dangerous sided with stairs easy to fall down trying to get to the door. Rugs were worn and dirty. Rubbish under beds. Horrible experience "
