"No complaints about the room and resort but definitely an issue with service and staff. Had dinner there a couple of times and we had to wait around for a while to get served. We had to go find someone to help take our orders. "

"I recently stayed at Le Manumea Hotel and honestly had such a great experience. I really enjoyed my stay, the room was beautiful, and the bathroom was definitely a highlight for me. I loved the design. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, with staff who were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It made the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Samoa"

"Room was ok but missing basic additions like dishwashing liquid and wipes. Drain in shower kept blocking up. Staff were excellent and room was cleaned daily, great location. "

Special thanks to Sila, the housemaid, who was very helpful, and the security team who were also supportive. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately we weren’t able to have it due to some circumstances. Overall, a pleasant stay with warm hospitality."
