Property is well located to shops, Apia township etc. Staff customer service needs improvement from front desk/reception to housekeeping. The only good customer service we received was from the porters who help with luggage.

Great hotel!
Staff were friendly, room simple but clean. Price very reasonable. We had a breakfast deal included and that was fantastic. Close to the main town centre and taxis are very cheap. I would stay here again.
