Great place to stay

The White House staff were excellent, the room was great and the breakfast was great but it is on a main road so lots of traffic noise which was noisy at night so had to keep the air conditioner on to drown out the traffic noise rather than just using the fan.

For the price you simply can not fault this place. It's simple and perfect for a night or two. The staff are excellent. And the location is very convenient.

The hospitality was absolutely amazing from arrival to departure. Staff went over and above to making sure we were looked after each day. Facilities were suitable and met our needs for the duration of our stay. Prime location to the markets, and town. Had the best holiday experience and highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. Affordability so that you can spend more on shopping and local activities.

I stayed for 8 nights at the hotel and I had a wonderful time! The staff is very caring and friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is solid. Only negative aspect is the location. The hotel is at one busy road leading into Apia. So it was a bit noisy from time to time.

Great little hotel in a good location for central Apia. Rooms were clean. Downside is the location next to a busy road which is pretty noisy and traffic starts early around 06.30 and goes till late at night. Limited areas outside of your room to sit or spend any time and this is also next to the road so not too pleasant and no chairs in your room. If you just want a reasonable base in Apia it's a good choice, but not the location to sit and relax.

- Rooms closed road. So they were noisy all day- - No free wifi. When I asked them about wifi, staff asked me waiting for 3hours, and then 20 mins and then no IT to provide voucher code. Both of staffs were not honest. We had no wifi during stay and we checked out and no body replied any feedback. - The area was not safety. I and daughter went to supermarket and restaurant to buy dinner. There were a lot man follow up us and joking us. - Bathroom was small and old.

Was all we needed for a late night check in, one night stay after just arriving to Samoa before making our way down to the south coast. Room and ensuite was cramped but air con worked really well. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Just don't leave anything sweet out. Nice handy location to fugalei market. On a busy main road so you hear all the traffic at night. Staff need to pay closer attention to room prep. Things like teaspoon to stir hot drinks, face clothes were missing. We had conditioner but no shampoo. There's a tv but no channels were available. Lovely breakfast though and friendly, helpful staff.
