Absolutely incredible stay at Salatoga Sands - spacious room with comfortable bed and good aircon, super helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, lovely pool and beautiful outlook to the beach with amazing swimming and snorkelling at your doorstep. The owners have created something really special here where the staff are comfortable to be themselves and have a bit of fun while maintaining fantastic hospitality.

We had a great time at Saletoga. The staff were friendly, and the beach front villa was comfortable with fantastic views. Cars, vans, and scooters are available to hire for reasonable prices as well if you fancy doing your own day trip.

Amazing resort. Fantastic for families. Rooms were well kept and the gardens were beautiful. A bit of a drive from airport but worth it as once there all the main attractions are within 30mins drive. A hire car is useful and they had them there for use aswell as scooters. Food was great. Would definitely go back. 4 stars as they only had one Kayak ore for 4 Kayaks which was disappointing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here. So nice to have the pool and the beach so close together. The beach was always warmer though. Beautifully clean, spacious rooms and great restaurants here.

Great place to stay when travelling to Samoa. We were able to easily hire a car to explore the island, as well as taking day trips through the resort. Food was fantastic and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely come back here again.

I loved hearing the staff singing as they worked - just beautiful We loved everything about the resort and would definitely stay again. We did find we had a few mozzies around outside but the gardens were so lovely I guess hard not too get some

Saletoga is beautiful and has great pools. However, I must say the service is less than ideal. There are many staff members but their system of service is lacking both in delivery and also, politeness. Based on my interactions it seems few staff want to work and are inconvenienced by your requests (simply asking for a coffee or meal). Further, the rooms have very slippery tiles that are seriously dangerous for children and aged persons. They are not anti-slip and just a little bit of water makes them a real hazard. Rooms would benefit from having a broom and dustpan to sweep up sand during the day as it gets pretty dirty. Overall the amenities available are good and large space makes it feel less crowded and more private. However, systems in place can have definite room for improvement.

Great resort, very kid friendly. Staff were truly amazing. Only thing to note is the internet/local TV are pretty much non existent in the rooms. So a tip is pack some cards games etc. Location is great too.
