The room that we were in was a disabled room. We were not disabled. No shower curtain. We had a few coach roaches in the room and the power points came out of it socket. However, the staff was really friendly and the food was excellent. The service was great.

Right from the start we were welcome with an amazing staff. Check in was quick and easy. Staff assisted us with carrying all our luggage’s to the room while we sipped on the complimentary drink. Enjoyed our stay, we had the King Harbor view room, everything was perfect except the shower/bath which was very dirty and quite small, location of toilet was in a weird spot facing and almost touching the wall, no extractor fan in bathroom, ranch slider was stuck and difficult to open & close, othwise location of Hotel was perfect, with exceptional service. Comfy bed & staff welcomed us with words made out of petals n leaves on our bed to congratulate us on our anniversary which was a very nice touch, thank you 🙏
