"Great house and location. Host was easy to contact and response to any questions were answered quickly. I would recommend house to any family needing extra room. Supplies are limited and no cooking spices. Our family had a great time!"

"The location was great - an easy walk to all you could need, including The Waterfront (delicious restaurant). Our kids spent all their time in the pool and on the beach. Also, the beds were very comfortable. Only snag was that the lockbox for the key was jammed at check in but after calling, someone came by and helped us in. Would stay here again!"
"Our initial impressions were not good since the previous tenants had made such a mess it took the cleaning service more than seven hours to clean. The lady was still working when we arrived. She was exasperated at the mess. But she did a good job and we were only delayed a half hour or so. The pool, which is perfect for young children, like a lazy river with shallow and deep ends, needed a good cleaning too because of debris from surrounding plants and trees, but the service cleaned it the next morning. The setup of five bedrooms worked out nicely as there are children's bunk rooms off the adult king bedrooms. Many shops and restaurants near by. Beaches too. We would rent again. The management company was very responsive. "

"Great beach house with plenty of room for a large family. Ideally situated in heart of AMI. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. House shows a bit of wear and the pool could be larger, but overall excellent experience and overall value"
