"Terrible experience. We have been renting houses in AMI for 7 years now and this by far was the worst communication we have ever had. Started out that we were told we would be notified when the house was ready on check in day, but we never were. After the check in time we just showed up hoping Noone was still there. There is a random chair in the corner of the dining room with the internet modem on it, you can put that up on a shelf. It was 78 degrees inside when we arrived so we put the thermostat to 70. Later when the air conditioner broke they tried blaming it on us saying we can't put the thermostat below 72. That was not listed anywhere in our rental agreement or in the welcome book. They advertise a grill but dont tell you that you need to refill the propane. The internet connection went out for an evening. We paid for a place with a got tub but that didn't work for the first 4 nights of our 7 night stay. The worst part is that we were told multiple times from anchor down management company that we would get a phone call back, Noone ever called us back any time they said they would, I had to continue to call them. They never let me speak with a manager either. Then they offer us late check out, which I PAID to get but 3 guys showed up before we left and one just walked right in!!! The host was not any easier to get ahold of for help. I will never rent from anyone who is managed by anchor down again."

"The house was beautiful and clean. We loved watching the dolphins out the main window. We also really enjoyed the golf cart and the elevator. I was a little disappointed that there is no longer beach past the retention wall due to erosion. Would definitely rent again. "

"A truly amazing home and hosts. Perfect location away from crowds yet close to everything. They provide just about anything you need. The house was very clean, the heated pool was amazing and being able to take the golf cart around to all the amazing restaurant's and shops was so fun. Can’t wait to return."

"The house was great as was the location. There were a few things that were a bit annoying: 1. The bed in the master bedroom was broken and made noises everytime you moved. 2. We rented the house for 7 days, with 7 people and they provided ONE trashbag, only 2 dishwasher pods. I called and they gave us more, but I feel like they should provide enough for the stay. And perhaps a few extra rolls of paper towels, etc. "

The house itself is beautiful and well-appointed, but the backyard was the real showstopper — a stunning pool area that feels like a private oasis. We spent hours out there and never wanted to leave.The location is unbeatable. A quick trip to the beach, and surrounded by fantastic shops and restaurants — everything you could want is right at your fingertips.This place checks every box, and we're already talking about coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!"

"We had such a lovely 4 day stay! Anna Maria Vacations helped with all our needs, from the golf cart to grocery delivery. The location is perfection! Right at Bean point as well as a ocean front private area. We watched the manatees in the morning and dolphins in the evening from our balcony. The house beautiful and very clean. We will be back soon, just longer next time!"

"The house was very nice and a great location. However, the master bathroom does not have a door at all, which means absolutely no privacy. We did not like that. The beds could definitely be upgraded, at least adding a mattress topper. New pillows and bedding should also be considered. The listing says that beach equipment is not guaranteed, which implies it might be available. There was not any beach equipment provided (no chairs, wagon, cooler), which added an unexpected expense. The living area of the house is nice and we did really like the location."
