Perfect location, lobby and general public area is nice. The rooms are worn and require an upgrade. For the price I expected better. The food is decent, and restaurant staff helpful, valet Exceptional. Front desk staff ok but the red hair manager was a bit non caring and rude, not directly to me but what I witnessed regarding an unclean room and her response was unacceptable. In addition my room had a poor musty odor, I was able to change my room and it was slightly better. However, a few guest I met said their rooms had a bad musty odor. Overall for the convenience it was nice, simply disappointed in the room as a whole.

Staff was very helpful and professional. Room was clean. Swimming pool at the facility was a joy to swim in…large and just the right temperature for a good workout. Lunch salad was enormous and delicious. Thanks!

Overall we had a pretty good stay at Legacy. We had a staycation. We were 30 minutes from all the beaches which wasn’t too bad. I liked that parking was free as if should be. We had dinner at the which wasn’t bad. The room was clean as well as the beds. The breakfast was not hot enough. We paid $18 for 1 small pancake & 2 bacon strips.. We sat by the pool to have coffee in the morning and observed two ducks bathing in it. I would stay here again.

Front desk was very helpful! Our first rooms A/C was not working so they were able to get us into another room. The breakfast is NOT worth the money! Don’t spend your money! Also they charge gratuity even though they don’t serve you. There’s only one lady in the bar area that’s rude and ruins it for the rest. Everyone else is great!! Unfortunately I never got her name. I would stay again because of the convenience of the location, drinks are good and overall staff is very nice and helpful.

Great restaurant/bar/meeting area! Nice staff. Shower curtain in our room was dirty, and we asked for it to be changed . They did do it promptly. No ledge for shampoo/ soap, etc. in shower—very inconvenient! Convenient to IMG.

Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay for us. The bathroom was not in good condition, and the TV was not working during our visit. The front desk staff were very kind and genuinely tried to help by finding us another room, but unfortunately they were unable to accommodate the change. We appreciate their effort and customer service, but overall this was the hotel where we felt the least comfortable and where we wanted to spend the least amount of time. We hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

I have stayed here a few times, the biggest change I noticed is that you are not allowed on IMG campus unless you have a student there. The pool is big and the grounds have some fun things like ping pong tables. The gym is nothing special considering the venue.

The staff was wonderful, but the property itself gives Holiday Inn Express—the towels were old and fraying (in the room and by the pool), the bathroom had mildew along all the caulking and the air conditioner rattled like a 1997 Dodge Neon. It was convenient and fine if you want proximity to fields, and, again, the staff are all incredible, but the facility itself is in need of some TLC.
