Overall very happy with my stay! Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. However, waited around 45 minutes to get served at the bar. I understand the bar was busy but many people joined the queue after me were still served before me. Felt as if bar staff were ignoring me and thought this was very rude

Breakfast for an expensive hotel is very average. The higher than usual cost of this weeks accomodation would now make me consider other Amsterdam hotels for business travel.

This property appears to be in the middle of a change-over from an existing property. There is no signage visible until you are standing in front of the front door. Do not plan on coming here on public transport, dragging bags. It was more than a mile from our bus drop off.

Breakfast was a joke, reception is very hard to find since there are 2 hotels in same building. We were promised great view, got view of another building right in front of us. It’s definitely not worth the money. Too far from the city.
