Great for a value

Room nice and clean. Good size. Great location close to Johan Cruijff Arena. A bit unusual was glass walls for toilet and bathroom ( weird actually) Breakfast quite standard but did the job :) Overall good place for good money

Was pleased with the hotel. Room was clean apart from a piece of chewing gum stuck to a lamp shade. Breakfast variety was good. We didn't use the gym there was only a few pieces of equipment. Convenient for metro station 5 minutes walk away to get to Amsterdam Central. Used bar for evening meal once. Food was good, average prices for a hotel. Limited menu. A couple of meals we asked for on the menu weren't available. We had an early checkout at 7am and put a request in the previous day to get an early breakfast which they said they would arrange but when we were checking out they had nothing prepared for us. We were very disappointed at the lack of staff communication.

The rooms where very silent which was nice. The refrigerator didn’t work, and the frontdesk person came checking for a new one, but unfortunately their was no new one. You have a pretty large hotel, with lots of open spaces, so this is a idea maybe put a vending machine on separate floors instead of the just one at the downstairs hallway

This hotel has totally misleading advertising policy who present themselves as a 4-star establishment, while in reality it’s no more than a 2-star level. The corridors are dirty, with piles of used laundry on the way to your room. In the room, there are no real mattresses — only toppers that constantly slide off the bed. There is no water, no slippers, and certainly no bathrobes in the room. The toiletries are diluted with water and don’t even foam. The hotel doesn’t have a laundry room as stated in the description. Instead, they offer an expensive third-party courier laundry service. The towels and bed linen are of poor quality and have an unpleasant smell. Bed linen is changed only partially and not every day. I believe this hotel should be removed from listings because it seriously damages the platform’s reputation

We were able to hear the pipes in the walls every time someone above us used the toilet (or water in general), and it was quite annoying, especially at night. Additionally, there were flies in our room despite the windows being closed, so not sure how they got in. We killed the ones we saw, but more kept appearing each day. Make sure that if you do stay here, request that your room be cleaned daily when the reception asks you during check-in. We said no to daily cleaning, but assumed that our room would still be cleaned upon request. There is a sign that you can put up to request room cleaning (which we did), but our room was not cleaned once during our stay. There is a communal gym in the hotel, but I can't speak to that since we did not use it. The hotel was also very far away from the city center (around 40 min via public transport). The only pro was that it was relatively close to a train stop. Overall, probably would not stay again.

Unfortunately the staff is not friendly. They just do their job and that's it. The girls at the reception seemed bored. The room was clean but quite impersonal. You say it's transit, you don't feel like staying there for several days. The bathroom towels were clean but very worn. They were leaking blood. It is located 5 minutes from the metro. The metro takes about 30 minutes to the center (there are about 10 stations). The good part is that they have parking and for only 15 euros per day you can leave your car there and take the metro. What I liked about the metro is that you can pay with your phone and you don't have to buy a ticket. I paid 1.35 euros for one ride.

Das Hotel liegt in einem modernen Wohn- Büro- Gewerbegebiet mit wenig Charme. Innenausstattung insgesamt schon etwas runtergekommen. Dreckige Teppiche, fehlende Steckdosenabdeckungen im Flur. Im Bad keine Ablageflächen, keine Haken, sehr unpraktisch. Zahnputzbecher waren dünne Plastikbecher. Der Kleiderschrank hatte ebenfalls so gut wie keine Ablageflächen, schon gar nicht für zwei Personen. Das Personal war da aber von Freundlichkeit oder Willkommensein war wenig zu spüren, lag vielleicht auch daran, dass im Hotel hauptsächlich Asiaten arbeiten. Das Frühstück war von der einfachsten Art. Scheibenkäse und Billigwurst, Fertigrüherei mit obligatorischen Beilagen (Würstchen, Speck, Baked Beans) Müsli und Naturjughurt/ Fruchtjoghurt gab es auch. Die Metro ist gut zu erreichen. Am Stadion von Ajax kann man fußläufig gut shoppen. Insgesamt ok. Nichts für die Flitterwochen und schon gar kein 4 Sterne Hotel
