Convenient location

Great location near Amsterdam Centraal station. Supermarkets and eating places nearby as well as public transport. Rooms are a little tired looking as is building generally but it is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too.

Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind alles andere als gemütlich und den Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf einen schäbigen Hinterhof erspart man sich lieber. Das angenehme war das Bett, die Matratze und die Decken waren okay. Das Frühstück hätte ein bisschen Abwechslung vertragen, das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Location is great next to Ámsterdam central but the hotel or at least the room where we stayed it’s bad. Water from shower took a very long time to drain. We asked to get it fixed and they didn’t do anything.

There are steep stairs to reception however there is a lift for suitcases and the disabled. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were cleaned regularly. There was an issue with coffee machine leaking. We had to use room towel to soak up water. We reported it. However, we were not made aware of the problem and whether it was sorted. We had no idea as towel still under machine. There were no instruction on how to use the coffee machine. This would be useful. More tea bags need to left in room. Breakfast was ok. However, not much variety of basic item after 9.30. Overall it was a very nice stay in the centre of Amsterdam

Staff were nice, but not so welcoming. The room was good, but not good with baby because you had give me a twin room and has a lot of stairs, so it was difficult with the baby and the baby car. Breakfast was good and nice location of the hotel!
