Amazing, but boiling.

We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely.

Lovely stay

My sister and I stayed here after a concert at the Ziggo Dome. It was a lovely hotel, great view (though marred by terrible weather, sadly), comfortable room, and we had a lovely breakfast too. The staff were very helpful, and as non-car drivers it was easy to get to and from by bus, though we took a (5-minute) taxi back from the Ziggo Dome after the concert. The only comment I would make is that you have to be very comfortable around the person you are sharing with, due to the shower being in the middle of the room!

We booked the property cause it was listed they had AC but don't. Would have never booked this hotel if we knew that.

The room design makes no sense. There is a glass shower that’s fully exposed to the rest of the room. No privacy while you shower if you are sharing the room with another person. Also, it was quite cramped. The toilet was behind a thin plastic divider that didn’t close tightly so again, zero privacy while you are in there. It was also cramped like an airplane toilet.

incomplete information at registration. I was told to scan and look up the menu for room service, which was quite difficult to navigate. Dinner reservation was not available soon and I was told I would have to wait long for room service with no idea how long.The television was not working and I asked for someone to come and take a look. They said they would but no one came. They even suggested they would look at changing my room but I heard nothing after that.Very poor.

The shower pod is literally in the room you sleep in at the bottom of the bed. I had no idea this was the case when booking as I’ve never known anything like it! There is zero privacy! The reception staff aren’t very friendly and the service overall is just lacking what you would normally expect from a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I stay here again! I stayed as I thought it was close to the stadium for a concert but there are better places you could stay closer to the venue.

Veel lawaai in de kamer

Afzuiging wc is net een motor van een auto. Als je airco uitzet gaat hij uit maar heb je geen luchtcirculatie in de kamer. Housekeeping gaf aan dat iedere ruimte dit geluid heeft. Kan ook geen raam open. Restaurant niet op orde. Drankjes worden constant bij verkeerde tafels geleverd en ons hoofdgerecht warwn ze gewoon vergeten.

Hôtel très bien, chambre confortable, propre. Seul bémol inadmissible de l’hôtel : le restaurant. Malgré une réservation, nous n’avons pas pu manger pour cause de cuisine fermée ! (21h00 !!)
