Really great hotel for the budget, does take 30 mins into the city centre but it’s an easy journey and means you get a lot more for your money. Pool is nice as is sauna. Area feels safe.

The room was great and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Isabella was fantastic! However, I booked this room with the hopes of letting my kids swim. The pool comes at an extra charge and is only available to kids in the morning because it is in the spa area. This felt like a bait and switch. The bus to and from the airport was convenient and it was easy to hop on the tram and get to the city center.

So friendly!!

The staff is truly what made this place! Isa and Jackie at the front desk were truly kind to my children, myself and all the other guests in the lobby. They were helpful and went above and beyond! The folks in the restaurant and bar were just a great. Everyone was friendly and welcomed us with a smile. My kiddos are already asking to go back!

Don’t choose it for the spa.

We stayed as a family in two separate rooms. One was a junior suite on the corner, which was exceptional and worth the up charge. We chose this hotel for the spa as our 16-year-old son was in a tournament and we thought needed those type of facilities. The issue was they did not let him in because he was not 18! Ridiculous to have a pool that kids can’t use. There also seemed to be no available services at the spa either so don’t choose this hotel based on the spa. We went elsewhere for massages. The breakfast is really amazing and you should add that to your room when you reserve. The on-site restaurant is great but has a limited menu. The chicken and waffles are the best item on the menu. They also have a lively crowd on some evenings with a DJ. That was a nice feature and was not annoying at all. We walked four minutes to the trolley to get into town, which was really convenient. The sundries shop in the lobby was open 24 seven and offered excellent snack choices as well as necessities. there is no self-serve laundry service on site and the sendoff service is quite expensive.

Nice and clean hotel, spacious room

The hotel is quite nice, room is spacious, it is very close to the metro station. Breakfast is excellent. The small 24/7 shop is a good addition since there aren´t that many restaurants nearby. The only issue was a piece of clothing that went missing from my room, probably together with the sheets. They did not find it nor did they compensate it in anyway (for example a small gift card to the shop due to the inconvenience). But overall a good stay.
