The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fine, but the location is excellent—it’s close to everything. Even the furthest museums in the city center are just a 15–20 minute walk away. If I return, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.

Not fancy, but clean and a super helpful and friendly staff. This place is a good deal in a central location. Including breakfast in my reservation for just a few more euros was a nice convenience for me.

The breakfast was great, but the staff was terrific. It was my first time in Amsterdam (I was there alone) and the staff were very helpful with ideas for places to go for dinner (away from the touristy spots), best ways to get around the city and just sooo friendly.

It’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s a well budgeted place to stay in downtown A’dam. Don’t expect a doorman but do expect receptive helpful staff and an excellent location. Try to get a breakfast package, it’s absolutely delicious.

Our stay was great. We really appreciated the location. Central to all that we were doing during our stay. Although we hadn't chosen the breakfast option at the time of booking we were able to add that on which was very helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Very Dutch! :)
