"We had a most enjoyable stay at Breitner House! It was the highlight of this trip to Amsterdam (which is saying quite a lot). Camilla is a charming hostess! "Wonderful hotel! It is close a few minutes walk to metro station which takes about 12min to reach Amsterdam central station. It is located in a quiet area with a 3min access to mini mart operating from 7am to 7pm and no such food or other facilities. It has an easy access to Amsterdam for day trips via metro. "I would stay here over and over, this was our second trip to Amsterdam and we tried 2 hotels during our first trip but nothing beats Casa. It really feels like a home away from home. The area it’s in is pretty quiet but it safe and close to the metro allowing you to get to Centraal easily. There’s a cafe in the lobby as well as a small convenience store with self check out. "

"My only comment is that there could be a card by the heating/cooling thermostat saying if you have the window open the air conditioning won’t work. We were very warm at night. "
