"Had 3 night stay, just to visit amsterdam. Superb location for trams, buses restaurants, local grocery store. We overlooked canal 3rd floor. Delux canal view. Comfortable superking bed, daily housekeeping. Beautiful dining area for breakfast and wonderful selection of food. Staff were very friendly in all aspects of the hotel. Its a beautuful hotel, very traditional and authentic. Thankyou for a lovely stay."

"Mostly restaurants in Warmourstraat. Bit of a walk to the nearest supermarket (Albert Hein ). Lot of expensive souvenir shops Breakfast was plentiful, but I found the hot food got cold rather quickly- mark against the hotel for that. "

"Internet was horrible. Do not use Expedia for international travel. They dont accept phone calls and every email you send takes 48 hours to get a response. Not worth the change you save or the convenience in any way"

"We stayed at this hotel twice on a recent trip around several cities. This was my favorite hotel. All the front desk staff for both check ins/outs was extremely friendly and explained things throughly. In addition, the host at breakfast, Sri, made my mornings more pleasant with her friendly greetings. The breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of options. We also enjoyed the free drinks in exchange for not having our room cleaned."

"Really a beautiful space all around--the common areas are well-appointed, and my individual room was quite large and very comfortable. This hotel is really convenient for getting around: it's a quick walk to the Museumplein, and the tram is just a couple of blocks away. There is also a good grocery store, some restaurants, and a great gelato shop just on the other side of Vondel Park--a six minute walk or so. I only spent two nights here this time, but will definitely try to return on my next trip to Amsterdam! "
