A good buffet breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for other meals. I left a piece of clothing hanging in the wardrobe, not realising until I returned to the UK. I phoned reception and the staff were very helpful in organising its speedy return."

"Housekeeping could have been better. Water glasses were not properly cleaned, a bath towel put in our room after cleaning was dirty, wash clothes were forgotten one day. Also, a problem with HVAC, was turned off inexplicably and had to call down to rectify."

"We were put in a room in an adjacent building. It’s like walking thru a long maze to find it. This is from someone who has stayed at the hotel many times. We were told the hotel offers a taxi to central station for €25. They charged €35 only to be left on the wrong side of the station."
