Love this location. Only 3 years old but looks brand new, great parking that is reasonably priced. Safe parking garage with elevator right there for ease of use. Rooms are big, very clean and very well equipped. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Have stayed here a few times now and will come back again.

This is a new property and as such was very clean. The rooms are well designed and comfortable, and the amenities good. Staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaints are that (1) the walls are thin, and we could hear conversations in adjacent rooms, (2) the room was very hot at night, even after I turned the heat off. We were a little uncomfortable walking to/from the town late night in the dark, as you go under a poorly lit overpass, and some homeless people hang out at the corner, but we never felt directly threatened.

Nice, new and clean. However, the bed was very bumpy and uncomfortable that I had two rough nights of sleep. I also didn’t like the surprise parking fees even though I didn’t park in the garage. I do not think I will be back. Sorry. Get new and comfy mattresses!!

Highly recommend staying here when visiting Asheville. Facility is immaculate, rooms are large with kitchens, staff is wonderful, breakfast has a ton of options, and it is right by downtown.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. I recommend bringing a sponge and extra dish towels for washing dishes -- OR bring tabs and wash in the DW everyday. I liked the fitness center - small but had all the things I needed. Very close walking distance to grocery stores. I recommend it!

Wonderful Stay and Great Value

Only stayed for one night but second time staying at a Towne Place Suites and am very satisfied with the hotel chain. Design is esthetically pleasing, room and bathroom are very clean and spacious. We will be staying again!
