"Didnt use spa or pool. All staff very helpful altough found bar and restaurant staff very rude and unfriendly. "

"Great location and friendly staff. Unfortunately the mattress is very soft (softest mattress I’ve ever had in a hotel) and soundproofing is non existent making sleep difficult. "

"The full breakfast was delicious. The lobby was very inviting and we spent time there hanging out. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The area was close by to shopping and restaurants. Sightseeing areas were easily accessible by train, bus, or car. We had a great stay. "

"Ligger lige op af Berlin Hbf, så perfekt, når man er med tog. Ligger også centralt til mange seværdigheder. Værelset (standard) er lille, men pænt og rent og dejligt, med et lille køleskab. Savnede en elkedel til en kop kaffe på værelset. Vi blev spurgt om opgradering af værelse, da vi ankom, hvilket var træls og unødvendigt, vi havde jo valgt hjemmefra. Simpelt, men fin morgenmadsbuffet. Vi vil godt booke det samme hotel igen."
