The H2 hotels are very nice. Clean, sleek, modern Euro. Not fancy and they are largely for sleeping, not hanging around, but they do the job well. The breakfast was reasonably priced and very nice. The breakfast area was also an excellent area to hang around and work while we waited to leave for our train. This one is a short walk from the Berlin Alexanderplatz train station. Would definitely stay again.

We were in the room nearest the lift, typically a guarantee of non-stop noise, but we couldn't even hear it. Hotel receptionists all clear, patient with guests with next to no German, and professional. Breakfast was perfectly fine and never short of options. Beds comfortable. Room warm and draught-free during a cold January stay. Heater / air-conditioning not too noisy. All-round a really solid option.

Good hotel in the middle of Berlin

Very good location for a city break in Berlin. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The buffet breakfast did the job. Not the fanciest hotel ever but was a good location, would recommend it for a middle of the road option.
