This hotel is very close to all you will need near the tourist area of the beach. There is just one thing that irked me....for a country that survives on tourism, they absolutely rip you off at every opportunity...right to the end, when the hotel charges for a 'city tax' per person, payable only in cash at the time of checking out. This tax is not made clear to guests until they arrive and have already made their budgets.

Good hotel, nice pool area, rooms clean.
I had an issue with the room type. I booked a resort view room and paid extra rather than having a garden view room. Apparently these are the same rooms and they look onto the back garden. The description on Expedia is misleading and encourages you to pay extra whereas I should have just booked the garden view suite. I found this common in Morocco where I have booked a more expensive room which is exactly the same as a cheaper room. Also I booked a sofa...
