I found the hotel to be very welcoming this was my second visit and I must say what makes this hotel is the staff, special shout out to Mehdi, Ismail, Ayoube, Aymane and Abderahim always had a smile on their faces and as a solo traveller always open to chat. The reason I gave 4* instead of 5 is I don't feel the rooms are of 5* quality. My room was always spotless just like the rest of the hotel. Paul

Honteux pour 2 bouteilles d’eau de 20cl

Joli hôtel jolie décoration bon petit dej avec un large choix seul bémol on a demandé à 2 reprises de bouteilles d’eau on nous a dit ok on va vous les monter mais rien n’a été fait mais au moment de partir on a fait la réclamation au niveau de la reception on nous a dit que la dotation c’était 2 petites bouteilles par jour c’est tout sinon il faut payer surtout qu’on aurait pu payer si on nous l’avait dit dommage pour une si petite demande une réponse aussi mesquine n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Not 5 star given that 1) Our douple-room was comfortable & clean but there was one mug & one glass & one tea-cup. The room lights were inflexible (either on for whole room or off, & no subtle bathroom lighting), twice were returned to no hand towels, we had t-bags & uht milk for only the first day, there was noise from outside until 8pm, there were no prices on the menus for Restaurants, the shower leaked onto the floor, the toilet brush was broken, & there were few hangers; 2) the Pool was nice & there were both a range of & enough sun-bed, but when we ordered a drink it took 30 mins & coke was served as a can with a straw (no glass), and towels weren't available when the pool opened at 9am, 3) Breakfast was nice & staff friendly, but twice tea was served with one teabag in a teapot for two people, tables didn't has a teaspoon, & tea was sometimes served not hot; 4) the Concierge was friendly but re a trip we booked through them, we were given no written details & no transparency about the price, the trip arrived late to collect us, & the trip we got was different from the one we were told (eg were were told we'd gt a meal & we didn't)

I very rarely leave a review for a property, however in this case The View in Agadir deserve one. Their service is exceptional even for a 5*. This is the second time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last. Excellent dining, great mock/cocktails. Fantastic staff. Can’t wait to come back.

Another excellent stay with the highlights being breakfast and area surrounding the pool. Only one negative was with housekeeping where the lack of towels was a continuing theme - one day only one bath towel the following none - both rectified when i drew this to the attention of reception but not what you expect with this standard of hotel.

This hotel was absolutely stunning, everything was very new and clean. Food was a bit pricier than other restaurants, but it was so much better quality and definitely worth the price! Staff and service were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was also incredible. The only negative point and something to avoid - ensure not to book any of the excursions through the hotel, as they lied about trip times etc and charged us double the price for a trip that was exactly the same as the ones sold outside the hotel with other people who had paid a lot less!

My friend and I stayed for a weekend at The View. It was the best experience we have had, starting from the customer service we received when we arrived to when we left, they really made us feel like home. It was clean, walkable to the beachside. The swimming pool view felt like paradise which it looks exactly like the pictures and there was a variety of options for breakfast. The spa massage was great! It was also safe, and a good spot to stay at. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Agadir.
