"It was just a 1 night stay before an early flight but really wish we could’ve stayed longer! Felt immediately at home by the welcoming staff and the hotel was bursting with character. "Most things were up to par. But was very disturbing and sometimes extremely annoying was having little children running around in the lobby and serving themselves at breakfast time without parental supervision. This resulted in massive amounts of food being wasted and guests being inconvenienced by the noise and frequent contacts with the children. "Staff was so friendly, helpful and professional. Room service is excellent. The whole experience at this hotel was perfect. It was totally woth it. The access to the beach is what I always wanted from a beachfront hotel. Beach beds and chairs are always available. The Spa is also excellent and I would recomend it. I can't wait to book my next stay with them. Thanks for the experience."

"we booked 3 times same week with this property in general the property is nice not loud pool area really good.rooms could be a bit more cleaner floors felt dusty .if we wanted toilet tissues or something sorted would take ages to sort out.also we even booked directly with them at a higher rate for two single beds and pool view beds were joined together bacony had bugs everywhere.so room service good be better .only food service where we pay food came quick.also if you book 3 times in same week with same hotel you should give more of a good price or better room as standard not a higher price than booking partners."

"The address shown is incorrect. It will take you to another hotel located a lot closer to the beach. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to the beach, or a long walk. The room was very spacious. There were multiple hairs on my bedding. Other than that the room was clean. The pool looks bigger in the photos. Parking was on the street, if available. Breakfast is for an extra charge."

"The hotel was beautiful, the views from the rooms were beautiful. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room service was very easy to order. The only downfall was that every time we went out, while coming in our bags were checked. Its the hotel rule, no food and drinks from outside. You can only order from the hotel. I have travelled to many countries but never had my bags checked at the entry. I found this to be very rude, checking peoples private property. Apart from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and in front of the beach."
