"Beach was nice. Short walk from room and hotel lobby. Got to see sunset from their chairs every night. What Sofitel always does for me and why I continue to use their brand worldwide is their attention to customers. They all go out of the way to make the stay welcoming. Getting a taxi outside is easy, but kinda of a drag being so far from town. Made us wanna stay at resort even more. Everyone from kitchen, to lobby, to cleaning crew to servers was impecabble. "First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away.
