"The location in my opinion is perfect. Just a block from a beautiful paved trail around the lake. The trail also cuts through a wonderful park next to the hospital. I’d recommend booking the spa services prior to arrival since they were pretty booked while I was there. There is a wonderful ice cream place across the street, an incredible restaurant inside the hotel, and a few local eateries within 3 blocks of the hotel. Big fan of the shower & heated bathroom floors. Very enjoyable stay."

"Comfortable beds and spacious room with a well equiped kitchen. The unfinished cement walls are not very appealing and made the room feel cold and a bit uncomfortable especially in the bathroom. There is only 1 elevator and it is very slow and makes strange noises. We had to wait 3 times with our trolly of luggage to be able to have room in the elevator when we were leaving. The elevator was full with other guests each time and also used by cleaning staff with laundy trolly etc. The security...
