The hotel is deceiving, the marketing company did a very good job with the photos, but the reality is different, the rooms are terrible, most of the power outlets do not work properly, very bad product, not worth the money asked for

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was not impressed with anything. They will not return my $100 deposit despite a phone call reminder. I stayed at the hotel on July 9th, 2025. It has been close to 3 weeks and still not money returned. CAUTION for this hotel.

Overall pretty good. The room had a little moisture smell but nothing too much. One of the bed was pretty bad, it was much lower in the middle so it was not really comfortable to sleep in it. The breakfast was really good, many things to eat. Service was good too!

Older rooms that were upgraded are comfortable. Breakfast was homemade and the staff were friendly and accomodating. There was a problem with the online pricing and the hotel pricing - but a conversation with the manager straightened that out. Parking was free. It was in the downtown area of Gatneau.
