The entrance is not marked and it took a bit of searching to find it. I was not informed that the room and other areas were being renovated. Good that it's being done but that meant no towel racks, toilet paper holder. no bath mat for the slippery tub, no grab bars to enter & leave the tub area. These were an issue especially for us travelling seniors who are less than flexible. However, the hallways & room were clean. The area was quiet. The staff most accommodating.

It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The location is convenient with parking spaces. I was in awe how spacious the room was. I definitely recommend the hotel
The room was clean and comfortable, a little cold. Nice and quiet area, we slept well. Staff were very kind. We had to clean our own rooms during our stay.
Room was clean. Opened drapes to empty beer cans along the window sill. If you are arriving after 930 pm you will need to check in on line and deposit your digital room key to your digital wallet. Not very user friendly, everything in French and wasn’t able to translate all the text. Registered on line, signed my name received confirmation and the digital key which I put in my digital wallet. Did not get a room number. Registered again, saved a key again, still no room number. Got to hotel before the cut off time, front desk couldn’t speak English. Another worker heard us and came to translate. Showed him my registration and confirmation, they had it in the system. Asked about the room number and after him looking through my phone told me it was my fault, shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Not sure what I would have done if I arrived late. Front door is very heavy, with a set of four stairs inside, not wheelchair friendly. Only wheelchair access I found by accident is at the back with broken pavement and concrete. Travelling with a family member with mobility issues and having an issue, hard time getting through the door, no handicap button to open door. Finally got her through to see three employees at the front desk watching us, twenty feet away. No offer of help.
I will never stay at this place again. If the owners are reading this, shame on you. I certainly would not recommend it
This is a decent place to stay for the price. I would stay again. We were driving across the country and stopped for the night.
I removed one star because the room had a bad smell. The bathroom really smelled like poop… I’m guessing it was the pipes because the smell persisted until the morning. The rest of the room also had not so great of a smell. But otherwise, room was fine, and like I say, for the price I’d probably still stay again.
Also - the self checkin was great! You put your info in a tablet and scan your key card. No need to talk to anyone. I’ve never seen that before. Wish more hotels had this.
A bit expensive for the area, and the outside of the building looked sketchy. The inside was clean and worn, but improvements were visible. The room was clean and comfortable. We did find a drawer full of clothes, we assumed from a past guest.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only problem was there was no telephone to call front desk, light fixtures were falling, no bathmat, bathroom was small, and light bulbs were burnt out. It seemed more like a bunking house for skilled trades and miners. Door to enter main entrance had an intercom and card scanner. The establishment offered a partial refund of 15% for my stay due to minor inconveniences.
