"Room was excellent, perfect size for pur family of four while we had a couple of days for my sons birthday. Staff on reception were really helpful, kind and welcoming. Cleaning staff we met and chatted with the kids, were also very kind. Beds were amazing! The hotel is beautiful and is looked after well. Highly recommend! X"

"Staff on the desk were absolutely lovely and friendly. I'd never stayed in Cardiff before, and they were so helpful explaining how to get around. The check in and out was easy. Room was decent with all the expected amenities. Really clean, and the bathroom was ace. Bed was super comfy, too. No parking available, but there are loads of pay and display car parks within 5 minutes walk"

The room was nice. The bathroom in particular was very spacious. My husband and I had a lovely overnight stay, would highly recommend. "
