Danny and Helen are extremely welcoming, nothing is too much trouble (even helped to fix my car) ((be careful reversing in and out of drive, can be quite tight)). "Once again, a lovely stay. Lovely staff on reception. Great room. Executive lounge was a lovely treat with very friendly staff in there. Perfect location. Convienient car park, much more reasonable than others in the area. Will absolutely be back. Thank you"

"The Parkgate Hotel is well-situated, and a beautiful hotel. Their breakfast was delicious, and the rooms are comfortable and modern. It is a bit tricky because there is no place to pull up in front of the hotel to drop off or pick up guests and luggage, but that seems to be pretty standard in Cardiff. The location of this hotel can't be beat for those attending events at Principality Stadium."
