Beds were very comfortable, i am allergic to feathers and when I mentioned to front desk, they immediately told housekeeping and changed out all the pillows in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing a relaxing getaway."

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was reasonably priced, but was consistently served lukewarm. There was also a lot of construction going on around the property and many roads were subsequently closed. (There was lots of construction going on all over Eagle Beach). This was our second visit to the property and we will surely return again."

"My husband and I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It was magic. Never a problem to get a palapa or a table at any of the restaurants (all of which were spectacular- we did not choose the all-inclusive option, but did dine in several times). The yoga classes were so gorgeous overlooking the water, and the spa was great. Our stay was so peaceful and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. "
