"Good, clean hotel"
The hotel is near two stations which I thought was very convenient. There is a 24 hr convenient store inside the hotel so if you needed to grab food late at night or needed an item quickly, you could always go down to the store. There is also a 7 eleven across the hotel if you needed food or an atm. The hotel was very clean and modern and the rooms were a bit on the small side but I was by myself so it was perfect. You had a gym you can access as well. Overall experience was excellent.

"Good hotel for both business & reisure"
Wider room compared to other Sunroute group hotels. Although a bit far from cities, very quiet and nice location. Easy to reach many attractions around Tokyo bay area, such as Tokyo Disneyland.
